When you send an enquiry, Moorside Studio may collect the contact details and project notes you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business name, project type, deadline, message and any uploaded brief or image.

Customer enquiries are stored in the backend with row-level access rules. Public visitors can submit enquiries through the website form, while stored enquiry details are only available to signed-in studio admin users.

The enquiry form is checked on the server before anything is stored. Audit events for form submissions are created by trusted backend code rather than direct public database access.

The public marketing site is not intentionally configured with advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics tracker. Essential browser storage may be used for admin sign-in or site interface features where needed.

Moorside Studio uses Lovable Cloud to host the website, backend, authentication and storage, plus email delivery tools for enquiry notifications. External links such as the shop, Etsy and Instagram are governed by their own privacy terms.

Enquiry details are kept for responding to projects, managing orders and maintaining business records. If you would like your details corrected or removed, contact Laura and the request will be reviewed manually.
Shared responsibility
Lovable Cloud provides the hosted website, backend, database access controls, authentication and private file storage used by this site. Moorside Studio is responsible for the content on this page, customer communication, day-to-day data handling and responding to privacy requests.
Access to enquiry records is limited to authorised studio administration. Passwords or secret keys should never be shared through the enquiry form, email attachments or project notes.
